1. General information
The purchase conditions (hereinafter, the Conditions) set forth below regulate the sale of products on the "www.bloomandyoubrand.com" website or online store presented by Ambasaguas 2013 S.L, with registered office at Polígono Industrial Alcoz, Crta. Valencia, 6,300 Nave 116D-E, 50410 - Cuarte de Huerva ZARAGOZA - Spain, and email address hello@bloomandyoubrand.com, CIF B-99385593, and registered in the Mercantile Register.
Please read the Conditions carefully before using this website. By using it or placing an order through it, you accept the Terms and Conditions of purchase, so if you do not agree with the entire content of the Conditions, you should not use it. These Conditions may be modified at any time, with the Conditions in force at the time of your use being applicable.
2. Ownership of the website
The elements of this website have been designed for the sale of products identified with the brands owned by Ambasaguas 2013 S.L and their derivatives. Their copy or use does not imply the transfer of any right over them. Therefore, the reproduction, publication, transmission, modification or distribution by any means of the configuring units (software included) of this website is expressly prohibited.
The photographs, images, illustrations, designs, graphics, icons, and any other element that forms part of the website are the exclusive property of Ambasaguas 2013 S.L.
3. Purchase Guarantees
The products offered in our online store have been selected from the Bloom&You collection, so they maintain the same quality and warranty status as the items sold to the public in our physical stores.
We do photographic work in each campaign to show our items as realistically as possible. However, items may be subject to color variations depending on your monitor's calibration.
4. Item Availability
Product orders are subject to availability. In this regard, if there are difficulties in product supply or if there are no items in stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information about substitute products of equal or superior quality and value, which you may order. If you do not wish to order these substitute products, we will refund any amount you may have paid. In case of out-of-stock, Bloom&You reserves the right to cancel said order, informing the customer of the cancellation.
We reserve the right to withdraw, introduce, and modify the items offered for sale on our website at any time.
5. Purchase
The purchase of Bloom&You products is not permitted for subsequent resale. Customers interested in making purchases for any other purpose should contact Customer Service, where they will be provided with information on how to make the desired purchase.
6. Refusal to process an order
We reserve the right to remove any product from our website at any time and/or to remove or modify any material or content on it. Although we will do our best to always process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that force us to refuse to process any of them after having sent the order confirmation, and we reserve the right to do so at any time, at our sole discretion.
We will not be liable to you or to a third party for the removal of any product from this website (regardless of whether this product has been sold or not), the removal or modification of any material or content on this website, or for our refusal to process an order after we have sent you the order confirmation.
7. Shipping
At Bloom&You, we want you to enjoy your purchased shoes or accessories as soon as possible. Therefore, we offer the best possible options we can so that your order arrives as quickly and safely as possible. If you have any questions or suggestions about the shipping of your order, you can write to us at our email address hello@bloomandyoubrand.com, and we will respond as soon as possible.
A shipping address will be requested on the purchase form. Said shipment will be made within normal business hours. Bloom&You will not be responsible for errors caused in delivery when the address indicated by the customer is incorrect or necessary delivery data has been omitted. Failure to comply with any of these requirements will result in the automatic cancellation of the order.
The delivery time is 1 to 7 business days depending on the destination. Products whose deliveries require different deadlines will reflect this particularity in their description. The products offered on the website will only be shipped to the countries detailed below. Shipments will not be made outside the mentioned delivery area.
Shipping costs will be as follows:
Spain (Peninsula)
- FREE for orders over 50.00 euros
- 4.90 euros for orders under 50.00 euros
Balearic Islands: 9.90 euros
Portugal: 9.90 euros
Europe (France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Denmark): 19 euros

8. Payments
Through our Bloom&You website, we only accept payments via:
- Credit or debit card (Visa and MasterCard): the charge will be made in real-time through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial entity, once the authenticity of the communicated data has been verified.
- PayPal
Bloom&You uses secure payment systems from leading financial institutions in e-commerce, with the aim of offering maximum security. In this regard, confidential payment data is transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL) to the corresponding financial entity.
Bloom&You reserves the right to check the personal data provided by the customer and to take any measures it deems appropriate (including the cancellation of the order), with the aim of collaborating in the prevention of fraud through the Internet and, of course, so that the purchased merchandise is delivered in accordance with the data provided in the order.
If you wish, you can request an invoice via our email hello@bloomandyoubrand.com. Bloom&You warns that it will not be able to modify sales invoices later in compliance with current regulations (Royal Decree 1496/2003 on Invoicing rules, modified by Royal Decree 87/2005). The invoice will be issued in the name of the individual placing the order, so the customer must ensure that the order is placed with the correct name. Subsequent changes will not be possible.
9. Currency and Taxes
On our website, prices are displayed in euros. The prices shown include the legally applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) and are indicated in euros. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the indicated prices do not include shipping costs.
Once the purchase order has been completed, and before making payment, a final summary will be provided identifying the item(s) purchased and their total price (including transport and taxes).
In accordance with current legislation, Bloom&You is obliged to pass on VAT at the legally established rate at the time, as applicable.
The price and other conditions and characteristics of each product are those appearing on the website at the time of placing your purchase request, except for obvious error. In case of an obvious error regarding the price or any other characteristic of a product, you will be notified of this circumstance, and we will not be obliged to process said purchase (e.g., orders for 0 euros or below the amount established during sales periods).

11. Warranty for defective products
You must follow the same instructions described in the Returns section, and our transport agency will contact you to collect your return. When you send us the email requesting the return, you must indicate the product's problem. Bloom&You will cover the costs of returning defective products.
Once it arrives at our central warehouse, we will carefully examine the returned product and will inform you by email, within a reasonable period, whether the return or replacement of the product is applicable (if applicable). If applicable, the return or replacement of the item will be carried out as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days following the date on which we informed you that the return or replacement of the non-conforming item is applicable.
The amounts paid for products that are returned due to a defect, when genuinely present, will be fully refunded, including the shipping costs incurred to deliver the item to you. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used to pay for the purchase.
