How long does it take for my order to arrive?

The delivery time is 1 to 7 business days, depending on the destination. If any product requires a different delivery time, it will be specifically indicated in its description.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept the following secure payment methods:

  • Credit or debit card (Visa and MasterCard).
  • PayPal. All data is transmitted encrypted (SSL) to guarantee your security.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, the products maintain the same quality and warranty status as those in physical stores. In the case of defective products, Bloom&You will cover the collection costs. Once the defect is verified at the warehouse, the full amount will be refunded, including original shipping costs.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to:

  • Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands).
  • Portugal.
  • Europe: France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, and Denmark. (For other countries, you can check availability at hello@bloomandyoubrand.com).

What are your shipping rates?

  • Spain (Peninsula): FREE on orders over 50€. For smaller orders, the cost is 4.90€.
  • Balearic Islands and Portugal: 9.90€.
  • Europe (selected countries): 19.00€.

How can I get a refund?

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date you inform us of your decision. The same payment method used for the purchase will be employed. Please note that for returns (except for defects), the customer must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

What is the shoe size guide?

Although the website refers to the description of each model, the policy states that the first size exchange is FREE. If you need a size exchange to be delivered to your home, you must contact customer service to check stock; you can also do it for free at their physical points of sale.

Do you have different types of products?

Yes, the collection includes:
