Exchanges and returns

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 15 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 15 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Ambasaguas 2013 S.L, Crta. Valencia km 6.3 Nave 116D-E 50410 Cuarte de Huerva, Zaragoza, Tel: +34 976 468 812, email hello@bloomandyoubrand.com) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Return Policy

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay to:

The delivery must be made no later than 15 calendar days from the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the said period has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

The physical store will check the invoice or purchase receipt, collect the shoes and provide you with a confirmation document for said return. We recommend that you keep this document. Please note that Bloom&You points only receive items. If the return is correct, we will credit your account using the same payment method you used to place the order. 

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exchange Policy

The first size exchange is FREE. From the second exchange (included), the costs will be borne by the customer.

The exchange of one item for another will be managed as a return and a new sale, as established in the Right of Withdrawal section. 

You can notify the exchange you wish to make within 15 days of receiving the order. To make the exchange you have two options:

Exchange at a Bloom&You point free of charge for an item of the same amount (size, color, model change) without the need for any additional payment.  

If the exchange is for another item of a different amount, it must be managed as a return in-store and we will refund the amount through our central office that manages the Bloom&You store. The new item must be managed as a new sale, either at a Bloom&You point or online.

Home exchange: you must contact us to check the availability of the item you wish to exchange. We will advise you by sending an email to hello@bloomandyoubrand.com. It will be managed as an exchange.

Defective Products Guarantee

You must follow the same instructions described in the Returns section and our transport agency will contact you to pick up your return. When you send us the email for the return request, you must indicate the product problem and send a photo corresponding to the defect. Bloom&You will cover the costs of returning defective products.

Once it arrives at our central warehouse, we will carefully examine the returned product and inform you by email, within a reasonable period, whether the return or replacement of the product (if applicable) is appropriate or not. If it is appropriate, the return or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days following the date on which we informed you that the return or replacement of the non-conforming item is appropriate. 

The amounts paid for those products that are returned due to a fault or defect, when it actually exists, will be fully reimbursed, including shipping costs incurred to deliver the item to you. The refund will be made by the same means of payment that was used to pay for the purchase.
