You can cancel your order as long as the delivery process has not been started.

To cancel your order, please follow the following instructions:

If the delivery process has started, you will need to follow the return instructions. 

As a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a contract no longer than 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the products. This means that during this time if you change your mind or for any other reason you decide you do not want to keep a product, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the contract and receive a refund. Exchanges & Returns

Excahnges will be managed as a return and a new order.

If you wish to return an item, you should follow the following steps:

1. Send us an email to stating your order number and the details of the products that you would like to change or return with the reason of exchange or return (We would like to improve!). Our Customer Service team will confirm by email that the return process has started.

2. Prepare your returns or exchange using its original package (shoe box or bag cover).

3. You can choose to place your return:

If you wish to exchange an item from home, you have to return the item and make a new purchase online.

We will not accept any return deliveries with unpaid pastage.

As soon as we receive your return or exchange, we will review it. If everything is ok, we will refund you using the same payment method that you use in your purchase.

Damaged products

You should follow the instructions from point 10.1 and our transport agency will contact you to confirm a collection time. In your return request email to us, you should include the damage details. will be liable for the transport costs of damaged products.

As soon as we receive your return we will proceed to review it carefully and will inform you by email if we proceed with a refund or we send you a new one.
